ABOUT BRIAN
60 years old and still running!
Cycling and running competitively all my adult life, I started to pick up injuries and taking longer to recover the older I got.
Running off a few hours sleep a day and a diet of bread, crisps, pies and chocolate, I was convinced physical health was all about the mind and exercise. I just accepted that as you get older you start to deteriorate more quickly.
2 years ago I started studying proteins on a molecular level and experimenting on myself. I'm stronger, leaner and recover more quickly than I did a decade ago. I'm an avid fell runner and now I'm a contender for the FRA National Championship. Whether you're sporty or not, I'm ready to share my plan with you.
